After reading Bryan Kramer’s book There is no B2B or B2C: It’s Human To Human: #H2H in the spring of 2014, my life changed. Bryan’s book opened the doors to a whole new way of thinking in the business world. I was excited to hear about his new book “Shareology: How Sharing is Powering the Human Economy“.

Like Alan Berkson said, Bryan Kramer understands better than most the value of trust and authenticity in building not only your business brand but your personal brand as well, and that understanding the psychology and mechanics of sharing is a critical 21st century skill.

The importance of sharing and social listening are more than most of us know. To understand the social language, which evolves with a huge pace, is vital for everyone doing business; each leader and CEO, each recruiter, each marketer and brand manager, each community manager and all the sales people and customer service teams. Bryan has covered this extremely well and I am inspired by his enthusiasm, knowledge, courage and innovative touch. There are many interesting interviews and examples in this book, which are enormously useful for everyone starting with the CEO’s.
